Students organization Board of European Students of Technolory. General assembly 2010. Local group application for full membership of the organization.
Multiple delegates from all over Europe, we needed to catch their attention.
Sure we did standard stuff like poster, stickers and so. Next goes the poster.
Abrevations go to the different kind of projects we've created as an organization.
But some other things were there too.
Night of playing with Photoshop, and we got some nice game. Skip the next picture if you want to solve it on your own.
A small instalation was made as well. Some paper, old pants and some hours with our "cutting things in the last moment" team.
Turned out, that there was no place in the plenary , where we could glew so much tape, so the solution was found - the door. That was actually pretty cool, as people were passing by all the time, and it was hard not to mention.
As you have mentioned, there is L letter that is missing. In my mind the "man" who was drawing the sign - would "finish" writing it, when our local group becomes a full member. But a funny thing happend to this idea.
I did add the L letter later, but it all turned out in a different way with creative minds of other people.
Some people stood up and went to the sign, ripping sound, et voila, "BEST Kyiv is ready to be a FULL" turned to "BEST Kyiv is FULL". Amazing feeling when the idea growing out your mind, turns even better then you've expected.
End of the presentation was like this, projected from projectors on walls. We've tried to gypnose people, and maybe it did work out = )
Our local BEST group Kyiv became full member back then in 2010, and we had one of the most "full" support of the plenary.
